Has my order shipped? Can I track it?

Click the "My Account" link at the top of our site to view orders you have placed on our site, to check your orders status, and view tracking information.


How do I create an account?

1) Click the "My Account" link at the top of our site
2) Enter your email address.
3) Create a password
Then simply click 'Register' and follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.


How do I return my product?

What do I do if I received the wrong product?

If you may have received the wrong product, please email customer service (weelove.online@live.ca) within 72 hours of receiving the product.


What are your return policies?

Returns of In-Store Purchases:

Products can be returned up to 14 days from the date of purchase. Products can be exchanged up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Items for return or exchange must be new, unused, and undamaged with complete original tags attached and be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. All returns and exchanges require the original receipt or gift receipt.


Returns of ONLINE Purchases:

Before returning any items, please contact Wee Love. Items returned without advance authorization will not be accepted.
Returns are accepted when email notification is initiated within 2 weeks past the purchase date. A refund will be issued for items returned within 14 days, whereas store credit will be issued for the return item(s) up to one month after the purchase date.  
Proof of purchase (ie. receipt) is required.  Original shipping fees are not refunded.  Wee Love is not responsible for any costs associated with returning an item, unless it is due to our error. The customer is responsible for shipping fees associated with sending an item(s) back and we encourage customers to ensure their returning package has postal insurance.  Any items that were shipped via free shipping will have the actual shipping costs deducted from the return credit.  
When you receive a shipment from an online order, immediately unpack all contents to ensure that you were shipped the correct items.  If there are any damages or shortages they must be reported immediately (within 24 hours) to weelove.online@live.ca.

If you are concerned a product may be defective, you must notify our customer service at weelove.online@live.ca within 48 hours of receiving your item. 


* Please note that whether purchased online or in-store, for safety/hygienic reasons personal skin care products, bathing suits, jewelry, nursing pillows, nursing covers, diapering products, bottles/teethers/soothers in unsealed packaging cannot be returned.

Any personalized items purchased cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.

Sale items cannot be returned.


Do I have to pay sales tax?

As a registered business with Canada Revenue Agency (CRA), we are required to charge the GST (and HST if applicable in your province) on all purchases and remit this money to the federal government.


I have a question on my charges.

Click the "My Account" link at the top of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service (weelove.online@live.ca) for further assistance. Please remember to include your order number with any inquiry so we can help you faster.


I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

When will my credit appear on my account?

Credits may take up to 7 business days from the time we receive your item(s) or the time you were notified your credit has been approved.
